CAS Holdings Announces Retirement of CEO Gregg Holst Effective December 31, 2024

Franklin, MA – 12/02/2024 – CAS Holdings, a leader in automation solutions, announced that CEO Gregg Holst will retire at the end of 2024 after a remarkable six-year tenure of leadership and innovation that has significantly impacted the company’s growth and expansion.

Under Gregg’s leadership, CAS Holdings has made several strategic accomplishments to strengthen the company’s position in the industry. This includes the acquisition of RND in Florida and PanelTEK in Wisconsin, which expanded the company’s capabilities and market reach, as well as enhanced the overall product offerings. The company also upgraded its headquarters, to Franklin, MA, creating a state-of-the-art facility that fosters innovation and collaboration. Additionally, Gregg implemented an experienced executive leadership team that brought together a diverse group of leaders to drive the company’s vision. Furthermore, he led the company through the challenges of COVID-19, demonstrating exceptional leadership and resilience. He has also established a strategic partnership with the American Cancer Society that has opened new avenues for growth, collaboration and fundraising endeavors.

take the reins,” said Gregg. “I am incredibly proud of what we have accomplished together and

The Board of Directors will begin the search for a successor immediately and is committed to
ensuring a smooth transition.

Gregg will remain with the company through the end of the year to support the transition and the ongoing success of CAS Holdings.
Gregg looks forward to traveling with his wife Kathi, as well as spending more time with his
daughters and grandchildren in his retirement
