Gustavo Labombarda Joins CAS Holdings as Vice President of Operations

Please join us in welcoming Gustavo Labombarda as our new Vice President of Operations!

A Strong Background in Operations

Gustavo brings a wealth of experience to his new role, with a robust background in manufacturing, supply chain management, lean transformation, and quality engineering. He joins us from Thermo Fisher, where he spent seven successful years as Head of Operations and Site Leader. During his tenure there, he led numerous initiatives that significantly enhanced operational performance and fueled growth.

At CAS Holdings, Gustavo is set to make a substantial impact by enhancing operational efficiency and implementing innovative strategies that align with our mission of excellence. His focus will be on streamlining processes, reducing waste, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. With his leadership, we are confident that CAS will remain at the forefront of the automation industry.

Leadership and Collaboration

Gustavo will oversee eight teams at our Forge Park location in Franklin, MA. His role will be crucial in ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment with our strategic objectives. By fostering a supportive environment, he aims to empower our team members to contribute their best work, which is essential for driving the company’s success.

Gustavo’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the National Technological University in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He is also a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and has completed executive leadership programs at MIT.
